What's On My To Read List
08:00
Reading has always one of my favourite pass time activities. I used to be such a bookworm when I was younger. I'd always be reading something and making frequent visits to the local library to grab a new book. Sadly in recent years I've seemed to drift away from reading as much and I really want to get back into reading more regularly again. Today's post I thought I'd share with you some books that are currently on my to read list. If you're like me and want to get back into reading or find some new books to read, then check out my list below to gather some ideas!
Pretty Iconic - Sali Hughes
Love Style Life - Garance Doré
Get Your Sh*t Together - Sarah Knight
The Life Changing Magic Of Not Giving A F**k - Sarah Knight
Read This If You Want To Take Good Photographs - Henry Carroll
Always With Love - Giovanna Fletcher
Sunshine On A Rainy Day - Bryony Fraser
Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths Of Introverts - Susan Cain
Happy: Finding Joy In Everyday And Letting Go Of Perfect - Fearne Cotton
Holding Up The Universe - Jennifer Neven
A Quiet Kind Of Thunder - Sara Barnard

As you can see, quite a lot of them are either self-help style books or things that reflect what my blog is about like beauty and photography. Fiction always use to be my go to, but as I have got older I really do enjoy reading more real life and non-fiction style texts. Suffering with mental illness also has encouraged me to read a lot of self help books that I think might help me in someway. Even just reading about someone who has been through a similiar feeling or experience to you can bring some form of comfort and warmth to you even through the hardest moments in life. I hope I can at least read a few of these over the rest of the year!
What's on your to read list? Have you read any of these?
