My birthday will be just two weeks away tomorrow. I always have the issue where I never really know what I want in the week's leading up, but then day's after I have a whole list of things that I would like. It's always the way, isn't it?

 But I feel like I have a small bundle of things that I would love to receive this year and would feel so grateful for. To be honest, I'm more than happy with anything receive. It doesn't take a lot to please me and I would make good use of anything. 

So to anyone in my family, boyfriend or friends who might be reading this and wondering what to get me this year. Here's some ideas for you, if you're struggling and really do have no idea what to get. Aside from presents though, I'd honestly just love if I got to spend the day with my favourite people, stuffing my face with yummy cake and having a day free from anxiety. 

Sorry this post is a little short, but there's not much to really say than to just simply show you what sort of things I've got on my list and the kind of day I would like to have this year. I can't believe I'm going to be nineteen this year. My last year of being a teenager. That makes me feel really sad. I don't want to grow up and finally accept I'm an adult now. Can't we just reverse the years?

I'm always browsing online and instore for new pieces to add to my wardrobe. Although due to my small and very tight budget, I'm always creating wishlists of items that I want to own. Since we're now into the first few days of March, I thought I would share with you some of the pieces I've had my eye on recently. Most of these items would be great for starting my spring wardrobe off, whilst the others are more necessary or treat yourself bits.

I really want to add some more colour into my wardrobe for the spring and summer months. My favourite colour palette for this time of the year is a mixture of pinks, nudes and greys. As you can see, I have a fair few pieces on my wishlist that incorporate these shades, as well as a touch of blue from the denim items and the gorgeous Lace Racer Back Triangle Bra from Topshop. I'm in love with all of these items. I've been after the Public Desire Chloe Clear Perspex Heeled Ankle Boots for the longest time. I know that boots are more what you associate with autumn/winter, but I feel these boots would look great during the spring time. Paired with a simple black dress and the Grey Waterfall Duster Coat from NewLook, I think it would create a really great outfit. 

Another great look from this wishlist that could easily be created, is another item from NewLook, this Rose Stone Belted Shirt Dress. This shirt dress would look so great with matching coloured, Pointed Lace-up Flats from River Island. These are so gorgeous and I love the metallic gold details. Also I'm in love with this colour at the moment. It's so girly and perfect for the spring/summer time. I can see these Gold Sunglasses also from NewLook, going perfectly with this outfit for when the sun is out and you want to add an extra detail to any outfit.

Other bits that have made my wishlist for March include items from Topshop and Missguided. I'm always after a new pair of jeans. I don't think you can never have enough pairs of jeans. I really need some new ripped ones, because mine are looking a bit worse for wear these days. These Moto Rip Jamie Jeans are what I'm after! Also from Topshop, I have been wanting a Denim Shirt for the longest time. Since denim is bang on trend again this season, I thought now was the time to invest in one. This Oversize Denim Shirt would be perfect.
