You honestly have no idea how happy it makes me say that the season of spring is finally here! I'm so glad to be saying goodbye to winter with the drab clothing that never fits me properly because I'm so short and say hello to all the gorgeous and wonderful spring pieces the high street stores have brought in.
In today's post I am going to be sharing with you 50 style finds for spring under £50. There are already so many items that I have my eye on and they're all for such affordable prices too. My favourite trends of SS18 so far include the cute circle style bags that are going to just look so chic and effortless paired with a casual or more dressed up outfit for those warm spring days. I can so imagine this gorgeous round straw shoulder bag being the perfect accessory for a picnic on the beach.
I'm also surprisingly loving the more tailored looks like the blazers and trousers. I'm definitely going to invest in a blazer for the first time ever and find some casual pieces I can pair with it for everyday wear. Hopefully I won't look like I've just walked off an episode of The Apprentice. Similar to the more tailored style trend, I've got my eye on some checked pieces this spring. I can definitely feel Blair Waldorf vibes in a cute white thin long sleeved high neck top and a checked jacket with matching mini skirt.
Another trend that is all so cute is the polka dot trend. Now I can't even remember the last time I wore polka dots but I'm loving seeing this pattern everywhere at the moment. This tie sleeve polka dot blouse is so sweet and would pair so well with a nice pair of blue jeans. I also think polka dot dresses are going to be a firm favourite across the high street especially floaty tea dresses with ruffles.
More onto the more casual side, I'm so glad slogan t-shirts are going to be around this new spring season! I love a good ol' slogan tee me. There's just something so effortless about a slogan t-shirt that you can just throw on with some jeans and your favourite pair of converse. It's just an easy go to look that I don't think I'll ever get bored of. How happy is this you are my sunshine t-shirt? I'd never usually go for yellow, but this is super pretty!
Colour is going to be big this spring and summer! Primary colours like red, green, yellow and blue are the bold on trend colours for 2018. Of course your usual pastel colours are back for the warmer months, but this time lilac is going to be on the front stage of the pastel spectrum.
Other patterns and styles that you need to watch out for include puffy balloon sleeves, stripes (yes yes yes!!!), fringing and western inspired pieces, kitten heels and sequins.

Enjoy!
